Reverse phone directory of numbers and Map for 310-356

This fellow has called me up over the last several weeks, mostly during the day at various hours. I talked to him the first time he called and he seemed to be a telemarketer. I hang up while we were talking. Thereafter calls have continuously come in, though I ignore them or respond without talking to him. Yesterday, he called, I asked him to stop, he assured me he would. But he has called two more times. One curious thing is that his first 6 phone digits are the same as mine. Maybe he thinks I live in the same area that he does--maybe within blocks. I also get related calls from 310 356 1478 and 310 356 1479.
